This 8-week course is designed for those who have completed an introductory ASL class and wish to deepen their expressive and receptive signing skills. Students will engage in signing drills and interactive activities designed to expand vocabulary and enhance conversational ability. The course also includes a review of American Deaf culture and fostering greater understanding and connection within the ASL community.

Students will create digital designs, prepare files for additive manufacturing, and have their finished project 3D printed at CCBC to take home.

What do you love to look at, birds, flowers, your children or grandchildren, pets, paintings by master artists? Learn to draw your favorite people and things! Bring in photographs you would like to make drawings from. Each week, you will get guided help in class & inspiration for more drawing practice between classes! We will begin by playing with our supplies to find out how to make a variety of marks, lines and shading types, and then move on in later classes to sketch from the photos you bring in. All drawing materials are provided.
