Experience a well-rounded and energizing yoga practice designed to support strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class incorporates classic yoga poses, flowing sequences, balance work, and breathing techniques in a welcoming and supportive environment. Poses will be practiced both standing and, on the mat, offering students a balanced approach to movement and relaxation. Modifications and supportive props, including blocks, bolsters, and straps, will be available to help students practice comfortably and confidently at their own pace. Whether you are newer to yoga or looking to continue your wellness journey, this class offers an encouraging space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body and mind. Introduction to 3-D Printing and Design

In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to turn creative ideas into physical reality using cloud-based 3D modeling software. Students will create digital designs, prepare files for additive manufacturing, and have their finished project 3D printed at CCBC to take home.
