Lunch and Learn: Microsoft Word Essentials

Build confidence using one of the most widely used workplace programs in Microsoft Word Essentials! This beginner-friendly class introduces participants to the core tools and features of Microsoft Word, including creating, formatting, editing, and saving documents. Learn how to work with fonts, spacing, margins, templates, bullets, images, and basic document design while gaining practical skills for personal, academic, and professional use. Through hands-on instruction and guided practice, participants will leave feeling more comfortable navigating Word and creating polished documents with ease. Lunch is provided.
Your Journey to Mindful Movement
with Catherine Roth
Experience a well-rounded and energizing yoga practice designed to support strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class incorporates classic yoga poses, flowing sequences, balance work, and breathing techniques in a welcoming and supportive environment. Poses will be practiced both standing and, on the mat, offering students a balanced approach to movement and relaxation. Modifications and supportive props, including blocks, bolsters, and straps, will be available to help students practice comfortably and confidently at their own pace. Whether you are newer to yoga or looking to continue your wellness journey, this class offers an encouraging space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body and mind.
