This course introduces the building blocks of mindful movement in a beginner-friendly way. You will learn tools and techniques for recalibrating your body and mind through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Explore breathwork for emotional regulation, static stretching to release tension, dynamic movement to build resilience and strength, and flowing sequences that balance effort with ease. You will also study basic anatomy and the science behind movement to deepen your understanding and connection with your body. That knowledge will then be applied in real-life practice as we move to enhance perception, balance, strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Country Barn Farm First Year Beekeeping Class

This classroom-based course introduces honeybee biology and the fundamentals of beekeeping, providing students with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully managetheir own hives during the first year. Country Barn Farm offers all the necessary beekeeping supplies, and students are encouraged to purchase and assemble their equipmentbefore class. The course is taught by Joseph Zgurzynski, a Master Beekeeper with over 30 years of experience and owner of Country Barn Farm in Glenshaw, PA. The requiredtextbook is Storey’s Guide to Keeping Honey Bees by Richard E. Bonney and Malcolm T. Sanford, which students should obtain and read prior to class if possible.
