In this course you will learn the Original 13 Postures of the Yang style of Tai Chi. You'll learn the physical movements, along with the spiritual and philosophical components of this ancient exercise. Dr. Bisceglia has taught Tai Chi for over 45 years and has published several books on the subject. He has studied with several Tai Chi Masters in both America and Taiwan.
